On November 1, 2018, five classes of third grade students from Curington Elementary School in Boerne visited the Kuhlmann-King complex as part of their history studies. The group of almost 150 students toured all three historical buildings on Historic Hill, as they rotated from one building to the next. Martha Hawkins, the Historical Complex Director, said many students thanked our ladies for the personalized tours and were appreciative in their behavior. We look forward to their annual tour of the facilities; it is a highlight of our year. Docents that day were: Martha Hawkins, Emmeline Whitworth, Mary Ann Ward, and Dolores Holman. Our thanks for their loving commitment to leading the tours of the complex.
